ABOUT
Lara Wilde is a Berlin-based artist rooted in photography.
Her work has been shown internationally, including at Somerset House London, Kunstmuseum Bochum and Kommunale Galerie Berlin. She has been recognised by the ZEISS Photography Award, the Sony World Photography Awards, the Vonovia Award and was named ND People Photographer of the Year.
Alongside her photographic practice, she works with film, participatory formats and collaborative projects. She is the founder of Forderzimmer, an independent project space in Berlin for exhibitions, performances and other absolute matters.
Her background in psychology informs the way she works with people, especially in projects that deal with vulnerability, self-representation and shared authorship.
